Returns

If you wish to return a product, please do so within thirty (30) days of delivery with valid proof of purchase. Please keep in mind that it may take up to 4 weeks of consistent use to observe visible results. Outcomes can vary, and our team of experts is more than happy to support you in your haircare journey and suggest whether a usage adjustment would be the most suitable solution for your unique needs to be eligible for a refund. Please note that non-returnable items, such as hair brush, cannot be returned.

To start a return, please contact us at contact@beaut.ca. We will provide you with a instructions on how and where to send your package. Please ensure that you request a return before sending the item back to us, as we cannot accept returns without prior authorization.

Return Costs

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. We require a trackable shipping service from carrier of your choice to ensure that your return reaches us safely.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval and it will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
